ARVAL CZ s.r.o. having its registered address at Prague 4 – Nusle, Na Pankráci 1683/127, postal code: 140 00, reg. no.: 267 26 998, registered in the commercial register maintained by Prague Municipal Court, section C, entry no. 89886 (hereinafter referred to as “Arval”), in connection with the provision of car rental services to its customers, maintains an electronic system through which it is possible to order certain goods or services via a web interface. Through the order form on the web interface when ordering goods or services or during communication regarding them, drivers provide their personal data as follows: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, address, position with the customer, and any other information that the customer provides during phone or electronic communication with Arval.
Arval is a processor of personal data in connection with the performance of contractual obligations arising from contracts concluded with customers. When processing personal data each entity is required to comply with the obligations under Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, and with effect from 25 May 2018 the obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “applicable legislation”). Arval regularly checks that its procedures comply with applicable legislation and has a responsible attitude towards its obligations, with the emphasis on preserving the privacy of individuals.
